He was very nice and deserves a promotion... lol! – Julie Howell I was astounded that after logging on to the Planet Ford website, registering, and viewing the selection of Ford F-150 Platinum trucks I was interested in, I received a phone call within 30 minutes by Sales Consultant David “Randy” Bobbit, who was very cooperative and set up an appointment for me the next morning at 9:00 a.m. When I arrived, Randy was waiting for me at the curb with the Ford F-150 Platinum that I was interested in and walked up greeted me by name as I got out of my Ford Explorer. We took a test drive and then brought over his manager, Charles, who gave me exactly the price I wanted. No hassles, no haggling. Randy then escorted me to the financial manager, David Moran, who reviewed all of the costs and information in great detail. After signing the paperwork, we were shown all of the details and features of the truck. Randy stayed with us during all stages of our purchase until we drove away in our beautiful new truck, very happy customers indeed! The entire staff at Planet Ford was extremely professional and very customer friendly. Thanks, TJ. – Ester G. Late this morning, I brought in my '98 Taurus to have your service department check my left front driver side power window which was not working. A young woman greeted me at the drive up, placed plastic wrap on my drivers seat and directed me to service consultant Brad Zook. I gave him my contact info, stated my problem and he took it from there. He pointed out the customer lounge area and stated he would have my vehicle checked out. In no time at all, he was with me in the lounge area and had identified my window problem and pointed out some other recommended service issues. He gave me a price on the window repair and once I approved stated the ap proximate time frame to complete that work. Lounge area very comfortable. The window work was completed on time and in time frame quoted to me. I plan to return for the additional work in the near future. All in all, a very nice lst experience with Planet Ford. I was told that your price was a way to draw the customer in and then slam them with add-ons in the finance department. I debated on whether to request a quote from your dealership, but decided to anyway. The next day, I sent out a quote request to your dealership and 1 other. Your dealership beat any of the others and there were no “tricks” involved. The price advertised on your website was the actual price that I paid for my Ford Focus. I could not be happier!
